     this is a bit off subject, but the division of wildlife and all other licensing agencies in Colorado will deny you a license (in my case a fishing license) unless you surrender your social security account number.  Man, this has really got me bummed!  Why do I have to involve the federal government and my private social security account number to go fishin'?   I am told that it is the fed's attempt to go after dead-beat dads via a federal mandate.  (see my letter in Ed Quillen's Colorado Central mag...Oct issue))  miss you in the DP.  glad to have found you</description>
