					<description>Accountability is good.A lane down the middle of each street is better than the nothing we had for a few weeks last winter. I guess you have to back up if another car is coming? Does that mean the cars on each side of the street will be blocked in with the shoveled snow?
Years ago there was one street always plowed where a city council member lived. Lucky the people who lived on that street.
Well, it's better than Pena's trash truck shoveling(and packing the streets with ice ruts all winter).Where will they measure the depth of the snow, DIA? It can vary a lot in a city this size.</description>
